The Story

Hi, I'm Darrow, a Bay Area mom of 3 older kids and a Healing Foods Coach. My search for answers to chronic illness and mystery symptoms began in response to illness within my own family. 


After almost 15 years of research, study, and training, I have the honor of applying my knowledge of the root causes of chronic illness, healing foods, and cleansing practices, to support people in reversing their symptoms, preventing chronic disease, and retaining energetic vitality.


My area of expertise and practice is empowering your understanding of how to heal your chronic symptoms with whole fresh foods, herbs, and results-based cleansing methods.


I've collected and created an arsenal of recipes with healing ingredients, to satisfy the foodie in each of us. I've cultivated simple lifestyle shifts to support sustainable change.
